Matthew R. Ciccone, Secretary for Off-Campus Affairs
The Secretary for Off-Campus Affairs and the Oxford Tenants’ Organization (OTO), composed of the 24 off-campus Student Senators, are committed to serving students who live off-campus and to working with members of the Oxford community to engender positive relationships between students and permanent Oxford residents.
The Secretary and OTO deal with a diverse assortment of issues, including landlord-tenant relations, House Signs Committee, the dissemination of information on City laws and safety information, and the maintenance of a positive working relationship between the Student Body, the Office of Off-Campus Affairs, the Student Community Relations Commission, and the Oxford City Council.
